The Modern Gent

From a young age I've always been intrigued by fashion and design, and began my career in luxury textiles. I've been privileged to be mentored by two masters of fashion: one of L.A.'s top men's stylists and one of Atlanta's best Master Tailors. I kept seeing pictures of beautifully styled and elegant weddings with the men in poor fitting clothing that ruined the entire aesthetic, so after 4 years in men’s luxury formal and the wedding business, I was inspired to create The Modern Gent in 2012.

There are very few retailers knowledgeable about both fashionable menswear and wedding etiquette, and it's important to me to merge those two worlds. The guys can tend to be overlooked during the wedding process but having them look great and feel confident and comfortable is important to your experience as a couple and the overall look of the big day. 

Whether I'm dressing a client for a wedding or the boardroom, that moment they first look in the mirror with the whole look put together is a moment of anticipation and pride that never gets old for me.
